Ordering Better Meals - Thank-you for your Order
Remember there are no contracts with Better Meals you can order food when you choose not when a contract says you must. To provide you with the freshest, highest quality product we prepare the food as it is ordered, for that reason we ask our customers to order their meals in advance of their delivery day.
We have a delivery schedule, which will tell you when we deliver to your area. Please check that, and then make a diary note to call in your order to us, on or before the listed reorder day.

When you are planning your meals, please remember there is a $25.00 minimum order per delivery.
Meals can also be picked up during office hours at the Better Meals commissary in Burnaby. Pick up orders must placed at least 1 day in advance and all payments are recieved in cash. Office Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

To place your order - call us at 604-299-1877 or toll free on 1-888-838-1888 if you are calling from Victoria, Fraser Valley or the Okanagan. If you call us after hours, you can place your order with the answering machine, as long as it is 2 to 3 working days prior to the delivery. If you leave a message on the answering machine, please give us:
- Your name.
- Telephone number.
- The meals you are ordering, including the item numbers.
Please speak slowly and clearly, so we get the details correct.
Email Us
Email is a fast and efficient way to get your order to us. Simply complete the details on the Email form and hit the send button! We will confirm your order back to you by Email.
